See the dark side of Philly with the Vampires, Sex and Ghost Tour with Grim Philly Twilight Tours. Experience an eclectic array of sites and frights perfect for Halloween season—from dark and deviant sexcapades to torture, mass burials and execution, to vampire, pirates and ghosts. Tours are an hour and forty-five minutes long and are for ages 18 and up.
Sample a variety of award-winning Bucks County wines at Bucks County Wine Trail Harvest Celebration on Saturday, October 14th and Sunday, October 15th. Also, guests can sample freshly pressed grape juices that have not yet fermented into wine. Visit the participating wineries websites to see what they are planning for the weekend.
Discover the spooky world of yokai, Japan’s monsters, ghosts and mythical creatures at Shofuso Japanese House and Garden. This family-friendly fall event has loads of activities inspired by Japan’s ghost stories. Take part in a scavenger hunt and collect tsukumogami trading cards. This is a Halloween-themed event so costumes are encouraged. There will even be a $2 discount to all visitors that come dressed in costumes inspired by their favorite yokai. This event is free with regular admission to Shofuso.
Put your photography skills to the test at One Liberty Observation Deck. On Tuesdays, the floor will be open to allow the ues of tripods. Capture the amazing panoramic views while meeting other photographers. Be sure to check the sunset times—you don’t want to miss out the perfect Instagram photo!
