Looking for that Instagrammable moment to post to make your friends jealous? Head to Newtown Park and take pictures with the interactive See The Creek mural.
You'll find the mural on the large concession building by the restrooms. It was painted by international street artist Kelsey Montague, famous for the large angel wings mural in Nashville and her #WHATLIFTSYOU movement.
Each chair on the mural represents a different aspect of Johns Creek – celebrating history with the six bridges found in Johns Creek, celebrating the Peach State, celebrating our diversity and our amazing parks, celebrating the great education and schools in Johns Creek, and lastly, supporting the Daffodils for Hope Program, raising awareness of cancer survivorship.
And don't forget the butterfly wings for our littlest friends and furry babies. Tag #SeetheCreek and #WhatLiftsYou when you post your pictures at our mural.
