The Museum has an onsite garage that includes electric vehicle charging stations.

Half of the Museum is located in Boston and the other half of the building is in Cambridge.  Take a picture with one leg in each city while on the walkway overlooking the Charles River.

In the Butterfly Garden, walk among the free-flying residents of this warm conservatory filled with exotic plants.  Entry times are every 15 minutes beginning at 10am and last entry is at 4:30pm.  Pick up your tickets early as tickets can sell out.

The world’s largest Van de Graaff generator resides at the Museum – watch live daily lightning shows in the Theatre of Electricity.

The Museum of Science hosts the Mugar Omni Theatre where the world's largest film format is projected onto a five-story-tall IMAX® Dome screen.

The Museum was the first science and technology center in the nation to earn accreditation as a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
