Cape Cod Beer was founded by husband and wife Todd and Beth Marcus. Beth would often deliver beer in the back of the family minivan with the couple's two young sons in tow.

Between 2004 and 2016, Cape Cod Beer won 15 medals at the Great International Beer Festival (GIBF).

Every month, Cape Cod Beer releases two brewery exclusive beers available only by the pint on-site. Brewers tinker with new techniques, novel ingredients, and interesting combinations in the monthly "Pilot Brew" experimental series. Real Ale enthusiasts will be excited by the monthly cask offering.
