The KC Streetcar runs a two-mile route connecting City Market and other entertainment districts in downtown KC as well as the Kansas City Convention Center, Sprint Center, Municipal Auditorium, Midland Theatre, Folly Theater and the Public Library. The KC Streetcar is free and operates daily.

Public parking is available on-street and in public lotsCity Market Square is closed to parking during the Farmers Market April through October. Surrounding parking lots are open year-round. City Market has EV charging stations in the east parking lot; enter at 4th & Grand Streets.
