Wear close-toed walking shoes, long hair pulled back and low, and arrive 20 minutes before scheduled time. We do have 3 water stations throughout the course. You hike between each line so show up ready to see what the Flint Hills have to offer.
In the mid to late 1800's Wildwood was a limestone rock quarry. We have several different quarries throughout the course you'll hike and zip through.
