The Immel Circus, a 2,620-piece hand-carved miniature circus--surrounded by real circus costumes, posters, and photographs, is a visitor favorite.

The Immel Circus is one of the most interesting "pieces" in the collection of the Massillon Museum. The 100-square foot miniature hand-carved circus is surrounded by rotating displays of circus-related artifacts.

Oscar the skeleton has both scared and delighted visitors since he was donated to the Museum in 1934.

MassMu's collection encompasses over 100,000 objects in 94 categories, including paintings and prints, ceramics, glass, photographs, textiles, costumes, military artifacts, city records, agricultural equipment, Native American objects, quilts, and more.
