The memorial is a self-guided experience. Visitors can learn about the Flight 93 story through outdoor exhibits, a cell phone tour, and interpretive programming offered by Park Rangers and volunteers at the Memorial Plaza from memorial day to labor day.

The site is operated by the National Park Service.

The Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial is the official charitable partner of Flight 93 National Memorial.

The Visitor Center is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm except for New Years' Day, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving.
