Come to Fort Laurens, the site of Ohio’s only Revolutionary War fort, for their annual Revolutionary War reenactment!

Watch a mock skirmish for American Independence with volunteer reenactors from the Brigade of the American Revolution. Learn about 18th-century life from a variety of different demonstrations, including music, artillery, cooking, medicine, and discussions with Colonial and British soldier reenactors. Enjoy food, vendors, kids’ games, and many other family-friendly activities!

Come see and learn about the First World War from reenactors portraying the soldiers who fought "Over There"! Fort Laurens is hosting a small group of World War 1 reenactors, who will make a small “campsite” on the grounds. Interact with the reenactors and learn more about the American army during this major world conflict. The Fort Laurens Museum and gift shop will also be open for visitors to learn the history of Ohio's only Revolutionary War Fort.
