Reaching travelers on our network right now
A route day
From the warehouse to the pocket, on a schedule you can plan a season around
- 1
The warehouse
Your skids sit in the regional warehouse that serves the market, minutes from the racks it feeds.
- 2
The route
A driver loads the day's stock and works a fixed route of venues, the same one every cycle.
- 3
The pocket
At each venue the driver fills your pocket, notes what moved and photographs the rack.
- 4
The report
What is moving where comes back to your rep, so the next print run is sized to the market, not to a guess.
What goes in the pocket
Rack card, full brochure, or both by market
A rack card is the slim standard panel: cheapest to print and ship, and it fits every display in the network. A full brochure folds to the same pocket and opens to a map, an itinerary, a coupon and photos; it carries better when a traveler is planning a whole day. Plenty of advertisers run the card broadly and the fuller piece in their home market, on one plan.
Plans are quoted per market and per season, from a single city to a regional corridor. Pricing comes from the venue list, and the venue list comes from the map below.
Questions we get
Lead times, stock, formats and what goes with what
- 1
How far ahead should we book?
Plan on a few weeks between a signed plan and your brochure on the racks: artwork approval, your print run, freight into the warehouses serving your markets, then the next service cycle on each route. Peak season fills first, so the earlier you lock markets, the more of them are still open.
- 2
Where can my brochure actually go?
The network runs across the US and Canada, 45 states and 3 provinces. You do not buy all of it: plans are built market by market off the map, from a single city to a full regional corridor.
- 3
Rack card or full brochure?
Rack cards are the slim standard panel: cheapest to print and ship, and they fit every display in the network. Full brochures give you room for a map, an itinerary, a coupon and photos, and they carry better when a traveler is planning a whole day. Plenty of advertisers run a rack card broadly plus a fuller piece in their home market.
- 4
How much stock do I need to send?
Your rep works out per-market quantities from the size of the display run and how often the route is serviced, and you print to that. The warehouses hold the stock, drivers pull from it, and we flag you before a market runs dry.
- 5
Do you design and print for us?
We are not your printer, but our design team can build artwork to spec and steer you away from layouts that disappear on a rack. You keep control of the print run and its cost.
- 6
Can I add a screen or a QR space to the same plan?
Yes, and most advertisers who run screens do exactly that: the rack carries the brochure, the digital header above it carries the spot, and a QR space on the poster sends the scan to your VisitorFun profile. One rep, one plan, one invoice.
The map
Pick a stand, ask about it
Every dot is a venue our drivers service. Jump to a region, tap a stand and the inquiry form opens with that venue already in it. The screens and the QR posters hang on these same stands, so this is the one map for all three programs.
