Join us for this free, collaborative series from the Canton Symphony Orchestra, Stark Parks, Friends of Stark Parks, ArtsinStark, Visit Canton, the Mary Renkert Wendling Foundation, and Rotary Clubs of Stark County.

Enjoy the spontaneous sounds of nature with the orchestrated sounds of music! Summer Serenades is a family-friendly series of instrumental ensembles performing all over Stark County.

No registration, just show up! BYO chair or blanket!

Pep Tamargo Fishing Derby

The Pep Tamargo Memorial fishing derby will take place on Saturday, June 6th at Sippo Lake! This free event is sponsored by the Berkley Fishing Team, who will be on hand to provide instruction as well as prizes and giveaways. Bring your own pole and gear. Bait will be free, and concessions will be available at the marina. This derby is geared towards children ages 4-15. In person registration will begin at 7:00 AM with fishing from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
