Canton Comedy Boom and Centennial Plaza are teaming up to bring you Kids Doing Comedy at the Plaza!

Our Kids Doing Comedy program has been growing rapidly this year, and we are so excited to take this next big step and put these talented, pint-sized performers on the big stage! The show is free-of-charge and 100% family-friendly. This is a great opportunity to enjoy an evening downtown with your loved ones while supporting local business and young talent

Formed in May of 2015, Whiskey Loco quickly built a reputation as one of NE Ohio's hardest working country bands. Their Rock and Roll background fuels the foundation of what the band calls its "High Energy Country Show."

This band covers all the newest modern country music favorites along with some of the good ol’ foot stompin' classics.

As part of our 2026 Plaza Summer Concert Series, we are excited that Chris Higbee is coming back to Centennial Plaza! Bring your chairs and come to another exciting and free concert!

Chris Higbee is a complete country music artist, expert fiddler, singer & song writer. His high-energy shows keep everyone on their feet and his vocal and and musical talents, along with those from his band members, keep people in awe.

 We are excited to announce a R&B Musicfest, featuring Brownstone and Sunshine, plus other special guests coming to Centennial Plaza!

Brownstone is an American female contemporary R&B group, best known for their 1994 hit single "If You Love Me", which was nominated for a Best R&B Performance Grammy Award. Sunshine Anderson is an American R&B and soul singer from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is best known for her single "Heard It All Before" which peaked within the top 20 of the Hot 100!

Locals and visitors alike are invited to soak in the vibrant atmosphere filled with the sound of incredible country music. Parmalee, known for their chart-topping hits and energetic performances, will take the stage to bring the night to life. Join us for an evening of clean stand-up comedy in the heart of downtown Canton’s Arts District!

The show begins at 7:00 PM and is FREE to the public thanks to Centennial Plaza and the Downtown Canton Partnership. We recommend that you bring your own chair and plan to arrive early to find a good spot. This will be a family-friendly comedy show, though not specifically themed for children.

Tickets are free, but preregistration is requested.
