Former Pennsylvania Fruit Auction & Sales Building, which opened in 1929, is located within a historic district in the Strip District neighborhood, renovations were completed for pedestrian and retail use in 2019.

Original architectural details include the red brick construction, Art Deco-influenced detailing of the brick and limestone parapet walls, and the original steel sash clerestory and monitor windows; paneled wood, center-hinged fold-up cargo doors, original copper loading dock canopy.
