The Jack Daniel Distillery sits in a hollow where a spring flows from a cave at the base of a limestone cliff. The guided Jack Daniel Distillery Tour walks you through the historic distillery, where the whiskey is filtered through 10-foot stacks of sugar maple charcoal before it goes into barrels. It ends with a taste of six whiskeys for guests 21 and older, and younger visitors can join the walk. Moore County is a dry county, though the distillery may sell commemorative bottles on site.
