Kāʻanapali Beach

Along Kaanapali Pkwy, beach access by Whalers Village · Lahaina, HI

Why you should go…

Kāʻanapali Beach is a three-mile stretch of sand along the West Maui resort coast. At its north end rises Puʻu Kekaʻa, known as Black Rock, where the Sheraton Maui hosts a nightly cliff dive ceremony. Midway along the sand, Whalers Village has more than 90 shops and restaurants, live music and a whaling museum. Beach activity kiosks along the shore can set you up with snorkeling, surf lessons, parasailing or a sunset sail.
