Mardi Gras World is the working warehouse of Blaine Kern's Studios, the company that has built many of New Orleans' Mardi Gras parade floats since the 1940s. Guided tours walk through active float-building studios filled with oversized props and sculptures in progress. Visits include a slice of king cake and views across the Mississippi River.
