Sonoma Canopy Tours, also marketed as Sonoma Zipline Adventures, runs guided zipline courses through the redwoods in Occidental, California, about 1.5 hours north of San Francisco and 30 minutes west of Santa Rosa. Each of the two courses is a two-and-a-half hour eco tour featuring seven ziplines, two sky bridges, a spiral staircase and a rappel to the forest floor, including one zipline over 1,500 feet long. Tour options include the Tree Tops, Forest Flight and after-dark Night Flight tours, and riders must be at least 10 years old and weigh between 70 and 250 pounds.
