Steam Whistle has brewed its single pilsner inside the historic John Street Roundhouse since 1998, and guided tours walk visitors through the brewing process with tastings included. The building itself, a former Canadian Pacific Railway roundhouse, is a heritage site with old locomotives parked outside. The attached Steam Whistle Kitchen serves pub food for lunch after the tour.
