About The Mills at Jersey Gardens

The Mills at Jersey Gardens opened on October 21, 1999, as Jersey Gardens, and Simon Property Group has owned and managed it since buying it in 2015. Wikipedia describes it as the largest outlet mall in New Jersey, with about 1.29 million square feet on two floors. Round1 Bowling and Arcade opened there in 2025 and a Uniqlo was announced for the upper level, while Saks Off 5th closed in January 2026. Plans for the mall include a seasonal food court called the Dining Pavilion on the second level.
