Formerly known as The Grille, the newly opened restaurant is now called FARM and was reimagined with culinary guidance from NY restauranteur veteran Hugo Uys. Uys has over 20 years of experience in the NYC restaurant scene including managing two of his own successful restaurants and bars in the West Village. He is also known for developing the Great Northern Food Hall and Agern, a Michelin-starred restaurant, both in Grand Central Terminal.
FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks.
