Applewood is a historic estate in Flint that the Mott family used as their residence for over eighty years. The Ruth Mott Foundation preserved the property and opened it to visitors, honoring the civic work of Charles Stewart Mott in Flint and beyond. Visitors can explore the house and its collections, walk the gardens and grounds, take guided tours, and join seasonal programs. The site is open on a limited schedule from May through October, with tours offered during that season.
