About Arizona Mills

Arizona Mills is an outlet and value mall at the southeast corner of US 60 and I-10 in Tempe. It opened on November 20, 1997, with about 200 retailers, and Simon Property Group has owned it outright since buying Taubman's half in 2014. The building covers roughly 1.24 million square feet. Beyond shopping, visitors find Sea Life Arizona Aquarium, Legoland Discovery Center, a 24-screen Harkins theater with IMAX, and a food hall, with about 6,000 free parking spaces.
