Crystal Mountain is a ski area in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, about six miles from the White River side of Mount Rainier National Park. In winter you ski 2,600 acres served by a gondola and nine chairlifts. The Mt. Rainier Gondola rides for about ten minutes up to 6,872 feet. Up top, the Summit House is billed as Washington's highest restaurant, with views from Mt. Baker to Mt. Adams on clear days.
