About Del Amo Fashion Center

Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance is managed and co-owned by Simon Property Group and spans three levels. It has about 2.5 million square feet of leasable space, the seventh largest mall in the United States, and it was the country's largest from 1981 to 1992. The anchors are Mitsuwa Marketplace, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney and two Macy's stores. The center was formed in 1981 when two neighboring malls were joined by a concourse over Carson Street.
