About Fashion Square Mall

This enclosed shopping center sits in Saginaw Charter Township, north of the city of Saginaw, along Bay Road. It was built in 1972 and opened with several department store anchors, and later gained a food court during the 1990s renovations. Its current anchors are JCPenney and Macy's after another large store closed. The property is run by Summit Properties USA, which also operates its website, events calendar, and seasonal programs.
