The James Bay Community Market runs every Saturday from early May to early October at the corner of Menzies and Superior streets in Victoria's James Bay neighbourhood, near the Parliament Buildings. Around 60 vendors sell produce grown on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, baked goods, prepared food and food-truck meals, plus handmade jewellery, pottery, woodwork, clothing and body care. Local musicians play through the day. Hours are 9am to 3pm, rain or shine.
