Maize Valley grew from the Vaughan family's farm into a market, winery and Stark County's first craft brewery, set in a barn that was 140 years old when the family bought it in 2000, with hand-hewn beams and cut stone walls. You can taste wines and beers, eat in the Tasting Room Café, and shop the market for meats, cheeses and baked goods. In fall there is an 8-acre corn maze, wagon rides and a pumpkin cannon.
