About Pigeon Creek Park

Ottawa County's Pigeon Creek Park covers 282 acres, with another 130 neighboring acres of county open space. Its trails run through woods and along the Pigeon River, and visitors hike, bike, ski, and ride horses on them. In winter it is a well-known cross-country ski spot with groomed classic and skate lanes, lit trails for evening use, and a lighted sledding hill. Summer visitors can rent the Pigeon Creek Lodge, use a group camp area, and picnic at tables with grills. Some facilities are barrier free, including the lodge, restrooms, and about a mile of trail.
