Ripley's Believe It or Not! has operated on the Ocean City, Maryland boardwalk since 2001, occupying a building marked by a giant shark sculpture. The attraction displays over 700 exhibits of strange and unusual artifacts gathered from Robert Ripley's travels, including shrunken heads and two-headed animal specimens. A separate Ripley's Mirror Maze is next door on the same boardwalk block.
