It opened in August 2025 with four haunted houses themed to Universal Monsters, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Scarecrow: The Reaping and Blumhouse's Exorcist: The Believer, along with roaming characters, live entertainment and cocktail bars. The climate controlled venue runs year round, is recommended for ages 13 and up, and is open Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
