Virginia Beach Boardwalk

Oceanfront from 2nd St to 40th St, along Atlantic Ave · Virginia Beach, VA

Why you should go…

The Virginia Beach Boardwalk is a three-mile concrete promenade running from 2nd to 40th Streets along the Atlantic, with hotels, shops and restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. A separate bike path runs alongside it. At 31st Street you pass the 34-foot bronze King Neptune statue, a popular meeting spot, and the 14th Street Fishing Pier is reached directly from the boardwalk. In summer, beachfront stages host live music and other entertainment.
