Macerich and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan own the roughly 1.46 million square foot mall, which has Macy's, Nordstrom, JCPenney, Apple and Dick's Sporting Goods. Dining includes Din Tai Fung, The Cheesecake Factory and Gen Korean BBQ, and a TriMet transit center sits on the property.
