Watson's Mill is a restored 1860s stone flour and grist mill on the Rideau River in Manotick, Ontario, one of the few operating industrial grist mills left in North America. The site includes the adjoining Dickinson House, the heritage home of the mill's original owners, and is run as a museum by the nonprofit Watson's Mill Manotick Inc. Visitors can take guided tours, watch Sunday milling demonstrations, and buy stone-ground flour produced on site, from May through October.
