700 Clark Ave · St. Louis, MO
Busch Stadium has been home to the St. Louis Cardinals since April 2006 and seats about 44,000 with a panoramic view of the downtown skyline and the Gateway Arch beyond the outfield. Beyond game days, hour-long guided tours depart from the Stan Musial statue and take in the ballpark behind the scenes; tour tickets are sold at the Gate 3 window on Eighth Street on the day of the tour. Ballpark Village, a dining and entertainment complex on the site of the old stadium, sits across Clark Avenue. Tours are not offered on home day-game dates or during special events.
General attractions guidance
Habits that pay off across this whole category, not rules for this one venue. Always check the official site for the specifics.
Book the time slot, not just the ticket
Timed entry is now the norm at big-draw attractions, and online tickets are often cheaper than the gate.
Grab the daily schedule on arrival
Feeding times, keeper talks, and shows run on a posted timetable that changes day to day.
The first hour is the quietest
Queues build through late morning and peak after lunch, so an early start buys you the shortest waits.
Budget past the ticket price
Parking, lockers, strollers, and food inside the gates are common extras worth planning for.
