210 NW 11th Ave · Portland, OR
The Portland Public House is the Bend brewery's Pearl District outpost, opened in 2008 in the 1919 G. G. Gerber Building on NW 11th Avenue, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Twenty-six taps carry Deschutes mainstays such as Black Butte Porter and Mirror Pond Pale Ale plus seasonal and experimental beers brewed on the premises exclusively for this pub, matched with a lunch and dinner menu built on local ingredients. There is a kids' menu and private event space, and the pub runs a monthly guided tasting series. Open daily from late morning; happy hour Sunday to Thursday 2 to 4 pm.
