The park has seven concrete dinosaur sculptures including Apatosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus rex, Trachodon and Stegosaurus, plus a Protoceratops with a nest of eggs and a Dimetrodon near the visitor center. An accessible walkway leads to the top of the park, which is credited as an early driver of Rapid City tourism.
