About Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum

Michigan State University's art museum opened in 2012 in a pleated steel and glass building by Zaha Hadid, about 46,000 square feet with most of it given to galleries. The collection holds more than 10,000 works, from Greek and Roman antiquities and Old Master paintings to Calder and Chuck Close, alongside changing contemporary shows. Entry is always free. Campus ramps and lots are open to the public after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
