Extraterrestrial Highway

NV-375 between Crystal Springs and Warm Springs · Rachel, NV

Why you should go…

Nevada State Route 375 runs about 98 miles from Crystal Springs to Warm Springs and was officially named the Extraterrestrial Highway in 1996. The road crosses mostly empty desert along the northern edge of the Nellis Air Force Range, near Area 51. Rachel, a community of about 50 people near the midpoint, is the main stop, where the Little A'Le'Inn has a small motel, an alien-themed restaurant and bar, and a gift shop. Traffic on the route stays light.
