200 Fremont St · Las Vegas, NV
The Fremont Hotel & Casino opened on May 18, 1956, when it was the tallest building in Nevada, and Sam and Bill Boyd bought it in 1983. It sits at one of the four corners of Fremont Street and Casino Center Boulevard, inside the Fremont Street Experience. The casino has slot machines, table games and the Fremont Sportsbook, plus The Filament Bar, and a Nevada law bars anyone under 21 from gaming. Wayne Newton got his Las Vegas start in its Carnival Lounge in 1959.
