Giant Springs State Park

4803 Giant Springs Rd · Great Falls, MT

Why you should go…

Giant Springs State Park surrounds one of the country's largest freshwater springs, which sends more than 150 million gallons of water a day into the Missouri River at a constant 54 degrees. The water feeds the Roe River, only about 200 feet long and once listed by Guinness as the shortest river in the world. You can see the show pond at the fish hatchery and visitor center, picnic along nearly 14 miles of river shoreline, and follow more than 30 miles of paved and dirt trails.
