Havasu Falls

Havasu Canyon, about 2 miles past Supai village, 10 miles on foot from Hualapai Hilltop · Supai, AZ

Why you should go…

Havasu Falls drops 90 to 100 feet over a cliff into blue-green plunge pools on Havasupai tribal land in the Grand Canyon. The color comes from the high calcium carbonate content of the water. Getting there means an 8-mile hike from Hualapai Hilltop down to Supai village, then about 2 more miles to the falls and campground. Permits are required for all visitors and must be booked before arrival, and every booking is 4 days and 3 nights.
