The Hot Springs Gallery Walk is a monthly evening event, one of the longest-running of its kind in the country, in which downtown galleries stay open late and host new exhibit openings. It is promoted through a visitor gallery guide published by the Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and promoting the city's arts community.
