Kancamagus Highway

NH Route 112 between Lincoln and Conway · Lincoln, NH

Why you should go…

The Kancamagus Highway is the stretch of NH Route 112 between Lincoln and Conway, crossing White Mountain National Forest and topping out at Kancamagus Pass, 2,855 feet. You pull over at overlooks, Rocky Gorge and the short gravel trail to Sabbaday Falls, and the road follows the Swift River for 21 miles. There are no gas stations, restaurants or hotels along the route, only six campgrounds, so fill the tank first. Some forest parking areas need a recreation pass.
