Founded in 1989 by 12 communities along Interstate 70, the Kansas I-70 Association promotes travel between member towns including Goodland, Colby, Oakley, WaKeeney, Hays, Russell, Salina, Abilene, Junction City, Manhattan, Topeka, Lecompton and Lawrence. The association highlights local culture, attractions and small businesses along the corridor, such as Salina's Rolling Hills Zoo and Garage Automotive Museum.
