Lady Bird Johnson Grove

Why you should go…

This gentle, mostly flat loop trail winds through a grove of ancient redwoods without the crowds of some better-known stops in the park system. It was dedicated in 1969 in honor of Lady Bird Johnson's work on conservation and highway beautification. The trailhead sits along Bald Hills Road just outside Orick.
