Lake of the Ozarks State Park spreads across 17,666 acres on the Grand Glaize Arm of the lake, with 85 miles of shoreline. You can swim at two sand beaches, rent a boat, fish for catfish, crappie and bass, or stay in a campsite, yurt or cabin. On land, trails for hikers, cyclists and horseback riders wind through the park, and Ozark Caverns offers cave tours. Many of its shelters and buildings were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s.
