Las Vegas South Premium Outlets is a Simon Premium Outlets center at 7400 S Las Vegas Blvd, south of the Strip. It opened in 1993 as Belz Factory Outlet World and was later folded into the Premium Outlets chain after Simon's merger with Chelsea Property Group. Malls.com lists about 525,000 square feet. Visitors find outlet stores and a South Food Court with Dairy Queen, Sbarro and Stir Fry 88, with HeyDude and Round1 Arcade among recent arrivals.
