This New Hampshire State Parks site preserves the Derry house where poet Robert Frost lived with his family from 1900 to 1911. The park notes that many of his poems drew on memories from those years. The farmhouse is a simple two-story white clapboard building that reflects 1880s New England style. Visitors can join guided tours, view displays, walk a trail, and attend poetry readings. Seasonal programs run from May through October, and tours are capped at eight guests, so reserving ahead is advised. Youth and school groups should call the park directly at least two weeks before arrival. Pets are not permitted.
