Sun Country Tours has guided whitewater rafting trips in Central Oregon since 1978 and is now owned and operated by Mt. Bachelor (a Powdr resort). It runs the signature Big Eddy Thriller trip on the Deschutes River along with excursions on the McKenzie, North Umpqua and Lower Deschutes rivers, plus stand-up paddleboard lessons and river tube rentals. Its headquarters and SUP shop is on SW 13th Street in Bend, Oregon.
