About The Works Museum

The Works Museum in Bloomington focuses on engineering for children roughly ages 5 to 12 and their families. Visitors use real tools and everyday materials in interactive exhibits that introduce engineering, science, and technology basics. The museum also runs camps, field trips, homeschool workshops, and family events built around the same hands-on approach. Members get unlimited visits, and a Gateway program offers discounted or subsidized access for some families. Parking is free, and the museum's exhibits, classrooms, and restrooms sit on a single level.
